The owner of a machine shop specializing in custom metal fabrication engaged Corporate Business Solutions to change the way that he ran his business. “I started the company ten years ago, just me, some welding machines and very little money. We were now up to thirteen employees and $1.5m in revenue, but still experiencing cash flow issues.
