Situation
The client, the owner of an audiology practice with three locations, who had responded to a phone call from Corporate Business Solutions, wanted an exit strategy as well as “a much needed overhaul. I had managed to grow the business to a $2.5 million level, but then, repeatedly, each year, have been unable to grow beyond that number.”
Process
The client had high expectations and the CBS consultant rose to the challenge. “The cost of the project would dictate that I should expect a superior level of excellence, and a superior level of excellence walked in my door.
He brought with him knowledge, patience, and attitude, which has since permeated throughout my staff. He motivated individuals to explore outside their comfort zones and to realize the valuable contributions that they are making to the practice. Key employees were identified and their responsibilities increased, so that over time, the practice will methodically grow.
This restructuring now allows me to focus on what I love to do, patient care, while I am able to ease into retirement.”
