He has taught my husband, all our staff, and myself, all so much. He has never made us feel like we should have already known any of it, but he always was encouraging to all of us.”
“He cleaned up our problems from past years to make our QuickBooks program work for us (as it was set up to do, we just never knew how to run it). He has worked extensively with our staff for them to learn how to work more efficiently, taking over some of the tasks that my husband has always done. He put many hours into refining our bid process, which had always taken my husband days. Now our staff, with spreadsheets that our consultant created, does it in a few hours and my husband is able to just check it and send it out.
We have figured out what’s making money and what’s losing money and we’ve made adjustments to fix the problems.
